Turkey Mac & Cheese
Ingredients
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey, 93% lean
  • 24 oz tomato pasta sauce
  • 2 cups elbow pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, low fat
  • 2 cups baby spinach
Instructions

Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add meat and cook until browned, about 5 to 8 minutes. Add pasta sauce, and pasta to the skillet. Stir in water, bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Cover & cook for 10 minutes until pasta is soft. Remove from heat & stir in cheese and spinach.
