Grilled Mexican Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs boneless chicken breast
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1 packet taco seasoning, mild
  • 1 tsp oregano (dried)
  • 3 tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth, low sodium
Instructions

Place chicken in shallow baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over chicken. Marinate up to 30 minutes, if time allows. Preheat grill or broiler to med/high. Remove chicken from marinade & place on oiled grill or broiler pan. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, turning over half way, until chicken is no longer pink inside, an internal temperature of 165.
